Zimbabwe OPC Media Centre Project

Media centers for Zimbabwe government with fully integrated advanced audio-visual technologies.

Project overview

The OPC project in Zimbabwe aims to build three modern and practical media centers for Zimbabwe government. After the Southern African Community Heads of State Summit held in Zimbabwe in August 2024, the government decided to build three new media centers equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual technology to enable the seamless broadcasting, recording and streaming of press conferences, interviews and other events to meet the diverse needs of the following government propaganda.

The main competitiveness of the media centers lies in their fully integrated advanced audio-visual technologies, ranging from high-definition live broadcasts to seamless recordings and instant streaming of push media, ensuring smooth delivery and wide coverage of information.

Each media center is capable of broadcasting live video and audio to a variety of platforms (e.g. television, radio, online streaming services) and can also record video conferences. At the same time, we have paid special attention to the flexibility and sustainability of the space concept to ensure that the centers can be adapted to future events of different sizes and types and continue to provide strong support to the government and the media industry.

Project value

This project is our first collaboration with OPC working directly for the Government of Zimbabwe and it is of great significance for us to tap into the Zimbabwe governmental projects. It has created a new benchmark for accelerating industrial digital intelligence at Zimbabwe and assisted the digital transformation and upgrading of media center.
