Beijing Xicheng District Data Center project is located at No. 16 Lianhuachi East Road, Xicheng District, Beijing. The project area includes the first-floor computer room, power distribution room, UPS room, second-floor computer room, cylinder room, operation and maintenance room and other areas, with a total construction area of 2001.1㎡, of which the first-floor computer room area is approximately 434.5㎡, the power distribution room and UPS room area is approximately 94.43㎡, the second-floor computer room area is approximately 105.4㎡, the cylinder room area is approximately 57.5㎡, the operation and maintenance room area is approximately 20㎡, and the area of other areas is approximately 1309㎡. The computer room renovation and equipment deployment in this project refer to the B-level computer room construction standard in the "Data Center Design Specification" GB 50174-2017, which includes thirteen systems including computer room basic environment standardization construction, computer room power distribution system construction, computer room UPS host and backup battery construction, computer room fire protection system construction, computer room micro-module system construction, computer room basic environment management system construction, computer room fresh air and smoke exhaust system construction, computer room lightning protection and grounding system construction, computer room integrated wiring system construction, computer room security system construction, computer room KVM system construction, computer room operation and maintenance room construction, and private network access system construction.
