Based on intelligent connected vehicle testing and guided by the construction of an autonomous driving ecosystem and future transportation system, we will build "three zones and five platforms" around the five major elements of "vehicle, road, cloud, network, and map", and plan and build a full ecological system for the research and development and testing of future intelligent connected vehicles. Demonstration of operating entities: Promote the model of national central supervision and regional distributed operation to accelerate the construction of the ecological chain.
Access Certification Base: Based in Pingshan and radiating to Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, we will establish a world-class South China branch center for access certification and full life cycle supervision of intelligent connected vehicles to enhance Pingshan’s international status .
